These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 9Goals (the "Service"), operated by Darryl Brick (ABN 30 939 401 159), trading as 9Goals ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

9Goals lets you track up to nine ranked goals. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we will tell you clearly before you are charged anything.

You need an account with a valid email address to use 9Goals. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register.

Use 9Goals only for lawful purposes. Don't try to disrupt the Service, gain unauthorized access to other accounts, or use the Service to store or share unlawful content.

You own the goals and text you enter into 9Goals. We only use it to operate the Service for you — to display it back to you and, where relevant, to provide customer support.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently deletes your goals and account data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Darryl Brick, trading as 9Goals, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (for example, by email) before they take effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
